Gordon Cooper, a.k.a. “The Rockmeister” has been around since music began. Older than both Jimmy Salville & Tony Blackburn, he is truly a “rock god”!!!
Spent his earlier years buying music with a vengeance to accumulate a huge record collection taking up most of his mansion. Moved on to hosting music quizzes around the island, especially Ryde. Here he got the “calling” & realised his destiny was in radio, joining Sunshine Radio (St. Mary’s Hospital Radio). Wanting to spread “the rock message” to a wider audience he joined Vectis Radio where he is ready to conquer the world!!!
